The different aspects of the environmental struggle in southern Brazil, through the voices and the stories of the group that started the first ecological agriculture fair in Latin America - the Ecological Farmers' Fair, which has been happening in Porto Alegre since 1989. Through images and testimonials captured over 4 years, in the countryside and in the city, and vast historical archive material, the film reveals the agents who are taking the lead in the battle for health, from the arm to the table.
