The Guajajara people in northern Brazil decide not to stand idly by while their land and that of the Awá people are being destroyed. They create a group of forest guardians who are determined to defend the Amazon rainforest - if necessary, with their own lives. The friendship and trust developed between the director and the community allowed for unique access, with some emotional material, which includes the videos of the Guajajara community itself.
